Holistic Community healthcare in Eastern Uganda is Changing Lives
Access to Community healthcare in Eastern Uganda has never been more essential
UCSS is bringing hope and healing to Ugandan communities through a powerful combination of mental and physical healthcare. From mobile and onsite mental health services that support people of all ages with grief, trauma, and personal growth, to essential medical care delivered weekly at Nana Health Center, our impact is both deep and far-reaching. Trained Mental Health Facilitators are breaking stigma and building resilience in schools, churches, and villages—empowering individuals through education and encouragement. With over 200 facilitators trained and hundreds of patients receiving critical medical testing and treatment each week, UCSS is meeting the growing health needs of the area with compassion, commitment, and life-changing care. Every visit is a step toward restoration, and every life touched is a testament to what’s possible when hope meets action.
