How To Truly Be Satisfied
"A generous person enjoys prosperity; he who satisfies others will himself be satisfied." (Proverbs 11:25)
Dear Ronald,
On this Giving Tuesday, what could be more satisfying than to know that you are providing hope for the future:
- Clean drinking water that reduces waterborne diseases, thereby decreasing the mortality rate in both children and adults, providing hope for a better tomorrow.
- Education that builds confidence and provides a way forward, not only in the community, but for a sustainable future and career, transforming a generation.
- Medical care that ensures health through vaccines and other preventative treatments, pre-and post-natal care, and onsite health care workers building trust and faith in the community.
- UCSS agriculture that lifts families out of poverty as they learn modern farming methods, raise their own crops, feed their own families, and provide food for others at market.
- Economic Development and Women Empowerment that leads to self-sufficiency and dignity through rewarding work and entrepreneurship, changing families forever.
- Spiritual counseling, evangelism, and discipleship are lifting communities out of darkness, freeing them from the deception of witchcraft, alcoholism, and polygamy, into new life with Christ.
