Water Well Drill container is on its way to Uganda!

For many months we have been working on getting the container for the water well drill to Uganda. This has proven to be a difficult and arduous task. My soul is singing praises to God today as the shipping container left the Christ Church parking lot in Sugar Land, Texas (where it’s been for months) on its long journey to Bulike.

Tomorrow morning in Jewett, Texas the physical inspection will take place.  Please pray that God will be watching over this process and in the coming weeks as the water well drill, its components and the farming equipment travel to Uganda.

It has been quite a process … we have learned much along the way regarding the complications and intricacies of international shipping.  Out of necessity (and sometimes out of desperation), we have engaged others to help. I choose to believe that  God’s hand was there all along … during the visioning process of establishing UCSS,  funding purchase of the drill and its components, raising awareness of the great need for clean water, and the list goes on….

Here are a few pictures of the container – inside and out.  The congregation wrote personal messages of HOPE on the inside of container to the people of Bulike.

We here in Uganda are over joyed about what we now call ” the love container”. I feel that there are no words that can express how grateful we are for your support and tireless efforts in seeing to it that the people of Uganda enjoy fresh water and mechanized farming. I believe that God has sent us angels who funded the purchase, who donated the farming equipment, and those who helped get the container on its way to Uganda.

What an overwhelming expression of God’s love. Thank you ALL for your support and hard-work.

It is my prayer for God’s continued blessings on you and your loved ones.
