Mission Trips to Uganda
Do you want to visit UCSS in Uganda and make a difference? Then you might consider a mission trip!
We host small groups of 5-15 people several times per year. The purpose of the mission trip will vary depending on the what the group wants to do. Here are some ideas based on need and what has been done in the past:
- Medical Care: Medical help and training, perform medical treatments, bring and install donated equipment.
- Evangelism: Lead revivals, train pastors.
- Education: Teach the children and the teachers in the school.
- Economic Development: Teach women how to make crafts, consulting on how to improve the yield of the agriculture and farming.
UCSS has a western-style mission house where you and your team will stay. It’s right in the middle of Bulike, so there’s no long commute from the city – you’re already right there where you need to be! The mission house has running water, electricity (through solar power), and plumbing – just as if you’re in the United States!
Our excellent staff and volunteers will provide all meals, snacks and drinks – most of the ingredients are locally grown. Secure transportation will bring you to and from Bulike.
